Your guests however will think you've been slaving over the stove for hours.

Who said gourmet had to be hard? One of the reasons Italian food is so good is because it's made with simple, quality, fresh ingredients. Then putting them together in a way that taste terrific.

My Dad insisted on eating with three things at the table to make it a great meal.

  • A loaf of crusty bread.
  • A glass of wine.
  • Good company.

In fact, if it was just him and I, we would boil some pasta, toss it with some butter and freshly grated parmigiano. Then mix it well with a dash of salt and pepper and that was dinner in a simple and delicious form.

AKA: Pasta Al Burro

That qualifies as one of the easy pasta dishes and it's simple and delicious.

Are your cooking pasta for a crowd? Then keep it as simple as possible. Spend the time at the party rather then working it. This is always the biggest challenge to having guests over. Which you and I both love to do. It's every chef's joy to see the people they care about enjoying delicious food that they've prepared. These Italian pasta recipes will help toss something amazing together that all your friends will rave over.

All of these easy to make Italian pasta recipes are made with the freshest ingredients, the best quality canned tomatoes, only bronze dye durum wheat pasta types, the richest, full flavored Olive oils and only the richest and highest quality Italian cheese.
