Deviled Eggs Italian Style My Way

THIS IS NOT A RECIPE!

It's more of an ingredient exchange from the usual mayo. I use whole milk ricotta along with extra virgin olive oil instead of mayo. Measurements depend upon the number of eggs. I add the ingredients until the yolk filling has the correct viscosity. Also crushed dried oregano and basil are part of the filling.
