Hello,
I recently saw a recipe that called for a can of seedless plum tomatoes. I have yet to find a manufacturer that offers such a thing. I cannot eat seeds, and to find a company that can provide this product would be really great.

I use Alta Cucina whole tomatoes in both my marinara and my pizza sauce. I did use San Marzano at my previous restaurant but I since have switched to Alta Cucina and the taste is second to none.
