Mutton golfballs

3 lb ground lamb
2 cups ground flax
350 grams crumbled feta cheese
2 finely chopped onions
3 TBSP mustard
2 TBSP mint
3 eggs
2 TBSP Urfa Biber
1 TBSP salt

Make them golfball size
bake on a rack
