Chicken Marinara
It's Famous!

Eggplant Pasta Sauce

My Chicken Marinara made with my famous Marinara sauce and fresh fettucini. If you're looking for a fresh, affordable and delicious meal idea. Look no further because here it is!

My friend Joseph insists on eating some type of meat with his dinner. Pasta (heaven forbid) is just not enough. So when he is over for dinner I will take a traditional Italian pasta recipe and add some chicken or shrimp to satisfy his hunger.

You can always rely on chicken and pasta recipes to please just about every body. It's an affordable way to entertain especially if your cooking pasta for a crowd.

The key to making a delicious Chicken Marinara is to make my fresh Marinara sauce recipe. This is a step by step video guide as well and pictures and instructions.

It's my video debut…

You will see step by step instructions as well as a pictures on how to make a large batch of marinara sauce. I had a ton of fun doing it and I realized that I'm a natural. Natural HAM that is. I hope you enjoy it.

Chicken with Marinara Ingredients:

Begin by using 3 cups of my Marinara Sauce
1 lb of Fettucini Making it fresh homemade pasta is an option!
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of chopped Italian parsley
¼ cup of parmigiano if you'd like.

Preparing Chicken with Marinara:

After you've made your marinara sauce recipe you can keep that on low until you've prepared the rest of your ingredients.

You can cook the chicken anyway you want. I boiled mine and then tore it into pieces. But you could grill the chicken or saute it in olive oil and white wine with some crushed garlic or even broil it.

Cook the chicken breast until tender. You can cut it into cubes or tear it into pieces like I did.

Now for the pasta. If you did make some home made pasta, follow this guide to cooking pasta perfectly every time.

Drain the pasta and toss in a little olive oil. Mix in the chicken and marinara sauce and toss. Save a little extra sauce to pour on top of the pasta after it's served on a plate.

Now enjoy with a nice glass of red wine and a big piece of crusty Italian bread. In other words…

Mangia Bene
